I'm a licensed massage therapist with nearly 20 years of hands-on experience. Since beginning my practice in 2005, I’ve been committed to helping people find relief, balance, and calm in their bodies. My work is shaped by five years of apprenticeship with Josh Geetter, L.Ac., where I gained practical knowledge in Traditional Chinese Medicine to complement my foundation in Western massage.

In each session, I integrate a range of therapies—from acupressure, Tui Na (Chinese medical massage), Gua Sha, and cupping, to more familiar Swedish and deep tissue techniques. This blend allows me to tailor every massage to your unique needs—whether you’re seeking pain relief, stress reduction, or deeper connection with your body.

In 2021, I returned to private practice under the name Ladder Creek Massage, after the land where I live and harvest botanicals for herbal skincare and oils. My work reflects the same values as the place it's rooted in: simplicity, seasonality, and natural healing.
